Vouchers and Prizes

Vouchers and prizes to be claimed or used within 1 year of receipt or notification.

Bookings and Cancellations

If you have made a reservation for either dining or camping and need to cancel, please do so as soon as possible, but at the very latest within 24hours of your booking via telephone to 01622 880272.

Deposits

Deposits for special occasions and all bookings are non refundable, but will be deducted from your final bill upon payment.

Events

We very rarely cancel events, but in extreme circumstances these things can sometimes not be helped.  Any stand booking fees with be returned but we will not be held liable for any further costs of stock etc.

When ordering food please make us aware of any allergies.
